Refund policy

We have a 4-day return policy, which means you have 4 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Since all the products are personalised just for you, you are only eligible for return if the product received is damaged or if the parcel is hampered upon delivery. 

To initiate a return, you can contact us at aarushi@letteringtales.com with the details, along with the pictures of the product received. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Only if your product received is torned/ tampered with, it's eligible for replacement.We don't offer money back for your products.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personalised goods as they have been designed just for you. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We offer exchanges only when the product delivered is received damaged or if a wrong product was delivered. You can email us with the details and pictures of the damaged product. Upon receiving your email our team will inspect the product to confirm if it is faulty or damaged and will reply in due course. Once this part is cleared we  will notify and will initiate the reverse pickup with our shipping partner. Upon receiving and checking the product, we will initiate the shipping of the new product. All products must be returned in original packaging, must be in its original condition and unused. 

Please note that the product will be eligible for exchange in the same product model only, product colour or category can only be changed from our end when your original model is out of stock. 

Refunds 

We don't offer refunds for the products purchased as all products are personalised just for you. will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you still haven't received the replacement, please contact us at aarushi@letteringtales.com

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
